Pump.fun To Launch Crypto Presale: Next Solana Meme Coins To Explode?

Solana’s top meme coin launchpad, Pump.fun, is gearing up for its own token sale, making a major shift from launching other tokens to launching its own.

The Pump.fun token launch is expected to occur within the next two weeks, which is likely to reignite interest in Solana meme coins.

Three projects in particular stand out as potential beneficiaries of this renewed meme coin mania; Their communities are growing, use cases are expanding, and their upside could overshadow popular coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Pump.fun Token Sale Could Lift Solana Meme Coins: Here’s Why

Pump.fun is a meme coin factory and the primary engine on Solana, having launched and traded over 11 million meme coins. This was a revolutionary move as anyone was able to launch a token virtually for free.

Today, all these meme coins have a combined market cap of $4.5 billion, showing the value the platform has created for meme coins.

The platform has generated a cumulative revenue of $700 million. As a result, the Pump.fun token valuation stands at $4 billion, while the platform aims to raise $1 billion via its token sale.

Pump.fun plans to sell the token to public and private investors, according to Blockworks. There are speculations that the token launch will occur within the next two weeks, marking one of the largest meme coin launches on Solana, following the launch of the OFFICIAL TRUMP meme coin in January.

However, Pump.fun is facing serious competition now as popular Solana projects have launched their own meme coin launchpads, including Raydium, the biggest automated market maker (AMM) and liquidity provider on Solana, and Bonk, the largest meme coin on Solana.

With the spotlight back on Solana meme coins, three popular options stand to benefit.

1. Snorter (SNORT)

Snorter combines meme coin virality and energy with utility in the form of a trading bot that is built within the Telegram chat app. The project will enable users to snipe new tokens, whether they are launched on Pump.fun or elsewhere, place limit and stop-loss orders, track user portfolios, or copy popular trader wallets without leaving the Telegram app.

This trading bot is mainly designed for Solana, with plans to expand to Ethereum, BNB, Base, Polygon, and other EVM-compatible chains. It features lightning-fast execution, thanks to using its own RPCs, and it comes with MEV protection.

For user safety, the bot comes with honeypot detection and rugpull protection with an 85% success rate, to protect users from falling into dubious projects.

Holding the SNORT token unlocks all features, including lower fees of 0.85%, governance power to vote on key project decisions, and staking rewards with a dynamic yield of 767%. The latter could be an excellent option for those looking to increase holdings without making new purchases.

The project has already raised over $400K within a few days after the presale launch, showing strong demand for such trading tools. Interested investors and traders who wish to take advantage of the Snorter bot may find the discounted price during the presale appealing. Visit Snorter.

2. Bonk (BONK)

Bonk is a veteran in Solana’s meme scene, launching via an airdrop when the blockchain needed it most after the FTX collapse. Today, Bonk is proving it’s not just riding old hype momentum; BONK recently launched a game, called BONK ARENA, where players fight to earn BONK tokens.

However, this is not the only product Bonk has. The project boasts BONKrewards for staking, BONKmark for onboarding new users with an e-card, BONKscooper for closing unused accounts, BONKbets for sports betting, a Solana validator for staking SOL, and finally BONKlive for launching tokens similar to Pump.fun.

While BONKlive can’t match Pump.fun in terms of the number of meme coins launched, it slowly begins to disrupt it with 46k tokens launched within a 7-day period, while Pump.fun had 164k. For comparison, Bonk’s launchpad had more tokens launched than Meteora, Launchlab, and Boop.fun combined.

With the Pump.fun token sale bringing fresh attention to Solana’s meme scene, BONK, as the largest meme coin by market cap on Solana, is well-positioned to benefit. Solid on X believes that every time BONK was trading at its current price with an RSI around 50, it would always pump after that.

3. Dogwifhat (WIF)

Dogwifhat is one of the leading indicators of meme coin momentum on Solana. Typical for its meme nature, it offers no utility, just viral energy. And that strategy appears to be working for this meme coin, as it has returned over 77% within the last month alone, outperforming Bonk’s -1% and Shiba Inu’s 2% during the same period.

WIF has a market capitalization of $950 million, whereas at its peak, it had a market capitalization of $4.5 billion. This means WIF can at least do a 5x to reach its all-time highs during this cycle.

Technical charts point to a strong breakout to $1.50 in the coming weeks if the price breaks the psychological $1 level, as many indicators, including the RSI and MACD, are pointing to oversold levels now.

CryptoBull_360 on X believes WIF can move to $1.50 now that it’s getting close to breaking the 200 moving average line.

Despite not having the utility of Bonk, Dogwifhat is in a league of its own, where fun and entertainment are all that matter to WIF token holders.
